Samy Sharobeem, MD, Inc. is committed to protecting our employees, partners, and the company from illegal or damaging actions by individuals, either knowingly or unknowingly. This policy outlines the acceptable use of computer equipment and network resources at Samy Sharobeem, MD, Inc. and provides guidelines to protect the privacy of our users.

  • Preserve texting as an additional channel for important client and or employee-related communications as outlined in the Categories of Messages section. Samy Sharobeem, MD, Inc will keep texts to a minimum.

  • All mobile information the subscriber shares will remain confidential and will only be used by Samy Sharobeem, MD, Inc representatives to assist the subscriber. Samy Sharobeem, MD, Inc. does not share phone numbers with external sources. Scope
This policy applies to the use of information, electronic and computing devices, and network resources to conduct Samy Sharobeem, MD, Inc. business or interact with internal networks and business systems, whether owned or leased by Samy Sharobeem, MD, Inc. the employee, or a third party.   • The sole means of communicating an essential message or announcement. The text message will be supplemented by some other means of communication (e.g. electronic, paper notice) to ensure all employees and or clients receive the information.

User Rights
Users have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal information. They can also opt-out of certain data collection practices by contacting us at info@samysmd.com.

  1. Consent

    • All recipients must provide explicit consent to receive text messages from Samy Sharobeem, MD, Inc. Consent must be obtained directly from the recipient and cannot be bought, sold, or traded.

    • Consent must be documented and verifiable. Examples of acceptable consent include checking a box on a form, verbal consent recorded in a CRM system, or an email confirmation.
